The subject of the comp.windows.x.apps newsgroup is applications that use the X
network protocol to converse with graphical windowing systems. As such, this
newsgroup does not have anything to do with Microsoft Windows except for
discussing those rare applications that use the X protocol on that platform.

Your question has nothing to do with X applications or their supporting protocol
and you probably should ask in one of the comp.os.ms-windows.* newsgroups to get
a proper answer.
